Zhongsheng Group (チュウショグループ) was first established in Nagoya Port, Kawashimacho, Japan in 1998. Over the years, the company has been dedicated to working on software and mobile apps development, providing services to various well-known Japanese businesses and has a growing customer base worldwide.

“EZchat Integrated Marketing and Customer Service System" was developed by Zhongsheng Group and has obtained numerous patents in Taiwan since its development in 2014. It is also the only smart customer service system with distrubutors in Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong and China.

Zhongsheng Group has more than R&D engineers and more than employees in Japan, China and Taiwan. According to the different needs of the customers, the company can customize the website and app versions of the customer service system.     In 2007, Zhongsheng Group developed Taiwan's first online customer service system, named "EZchat Online Customer Service System"
  • 2008
    In 2008 the world's very first app version EZcaht customer service system is introduced by Zhongsheng Group.
  • 2011
    "Zhongsheng Technology Co." was established in Taiwan in 2011.
  • 2012
    In 2012, " INT Group(アイエヌティーグループ)" was authorized as distribution agent in Japan.
  • 2013
    Ezchat online customer service system (a.k.a. 「チャット・ハイ・ハイ」 ) was officially launched in Japan in 2013.
  • 2014
    Received a patent certificate for the invention of "Ezchat, the online customer service system" in Taiwan in 2014.
  • 2014
    Established "Dollos Information Technology Co." in Changsha, China in 2014.
  • 2016
    In 2016, EZchat was granted a patent for the invention of the mobile app version of the online customer service system.
  • 2016
    YUNTU Investment Group (雲圖集團) was authorized as our Hong Kong distribution agent in 2016.
  • 2017
    Officially changed our company name to "ZHONG SHENG TECHNOLOGY CO." in 2017.
  • 2017
    Launched "EZchat Online Customer Service System"(易訊在線客服系統) in China in 2017.
  • 2017
    In 2017, "Guanhuang Technology co." in Shenzhen was authorized as the distribution agent of Guangdong Province, China.
  • 2017
    Won first place in Lantau Junior Chamber International's Innovative App competition hosted by Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund in Hong Kong in 2017.

    In 2017, the Institute for Information Industry recommend Ezchat for GISA (Go Incubation Board for Startup and Acceleration Firms) verfication.
  • 2018
    Launched Ezchat's internal encrypted chat module in 2018.
